Saison | 330ml | ABV 6.5%
Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in the farm-brewery during the winter time. Considered as “The Classic” among old-world farmhouse ales. Then this beer goes through a second refermentation in the barrel. During the next summer, this very thirst-quenching beer was served to the “Saisoniers” which were working on the fields.
Coppery blond, with fine aromas, and fruity notes on the palate. A real refermentation in a bottle, expect more complexity as it ages in a cellar from this already very easy to drink yet complex and particularly aromatic beer.
