We have a confession… During a late-night label session (possibly involving too many IPAs and not nearly enough proofreading), we accidentally greenlit a can that listed an entire fruit salad—plus lactose, vanilla, and cinnamon. None of which were meant to be in the beer. Liam tried turning it off and on again. No luck.
But instead of binning the lot, Ross looked at the label, muttered “challenge accepted,” and brewed an unhinged Hazy IPA to match. Pineapple, mango, apple, lactose, vanilla, cinnamon—it's all in there. Layered over a silky malt base and a juicy blast of Aussie hops.
