For this adventurous brew, we christened a substantial amount of the experimental hop HBC 586 (still awaiting a proper name) in the most sacred wort we could create, featuring extra pale ale, wheat, and malted- and flaked oats. The result is a smooth, full-bodied beer with notes of mango, lychee, and ripe, sweet citrus fruits.
