For this smooth and juicy IPA we stayed classy with this unbeatable hop combo: Mosaic in the whirlpool followed by a huge amount of both Mosaic and Citra in the dry hop. The wonderful result of this combination develops notes of sweet fruits, lemon pith & mango with a medium body and a very pleasant bitterness in the finish.
