Browar Boogie Nights

Pine IPA | 440ml | ABV 6.5% 

Boogie nights is a beer brewed on fresh pine shoots. They are collected from various regions of Poland in a timely manner (harvesting about 2-3 weeks a year). Such a seasonal addition gives the full aroma of this raw material. This beer is a hybrid of two styles: West Coast IPA and New England IPA. The first one is characterised by high bitterness, and the aromas go towards the resinous side. The latter is characterised by low bitterness, but high fullness. Brewed using the following varieties: Idaho 7, Comet and Simcoe.
