Our second cooperation with the legendary Finback brewery from New York. This time we brewed a very juicy and delicious drinkable IP to very high-quality Riwak hops. This golden child of the New Zealand hop scene is available in very small quantities and only for selected breweries. This variety has a very intense citrus aroma of grapefruit and kumquat. We added Belma to achieve hints of orange, melon, strawberry and pineapple, and the classic Mosaic to enhance the fruity background.
